Studio Calendar

Note: Calendar updated 09-08-2026

PLEASE NOTE: Nationally competing students will receive 45-minute lessons. All others will be scheduled at 30-minutes.

Please remember your success depends on attending consecutive lessons. Lesson times in BLACK are regularly scheduled lessons. Times in RED reflect change in schedule. FALL/WINTER/SPRING SEMESTERS: Singers who are not competing nationally take 30 minute lessons. Nationally competing students take 45 minute lessons. This calendar reflects Mountain Standard Time.

There are NO MAKE UP LESSONS! Instead, you may choose Options 1, 2 or 3 :

Option 1: Send me a video of you performing the vocal exercises and the song(s) you’ve prepared. Upload the video via Google Drive, Drop Box or YouTube. I will use your lesson day/time to evaluate your work and send you a video back with my assessment. Videos must be sent PRIOR to the missed assigned lesson unless unforeseen inclement weather or unavoidable emergency.

Option 2: Zoom lesson on the day/time of your assigned lesson.

Option 3: If you know you will miss a lesson BEFORE payment for the month is due, please text (719-685-6060) or email me (bachsingr@yahoo.com) ASAP. If you cancel before invoices are emailed, you will only be invoiced for the number of lessons you attend.

Option 4 (SUMMER ONLY):  You may request an open BLUE time IF one is available.

If you miss your lesson (no call/no show), you will NOT receive any options for a make up. Canceling after the lesson start time is not acceptable unless unavoidable emergency.

PEAK PERFORMANCE WINTER WEATHER POLICY

  • I will teach during and/or after a snowstorm.

  • You will need to decide if you wish to travel. If you do not wish to travel, the lesson will take place online via Zoom. I will send you a Zoom invitation (and directions for uploading the free Zoom app)  for your scheduled lesson time.

  • You will need to upload vocal exercises, accompaniments, and/or YouTube karaoke on your smartphone or tablet.

  • Then you will need a computer with a video and a microphone for a Zoom lesson. If this is not possible and you have an iPhone, we can do FaceTime.

  • Please let me know your status of attending or online AT THE EARLIEST POSSIBLE TIME. Setting up Zoom lessons does take time.

  • LOOK: Please remember my driveway faces the north, is sloped, and will be icy.

  • If there is any doubt as to your ability to safely attend your lesson during a snow situation, please take your lesson online. It’s easy, safe, and you can do it in your pajamas!
